The Ad Council and Google hosted this joint briefing tailored specifically to Federal Government communications and public affairs staff. The briefing addressed how Federal agencies can go beyond their unique communication challenges by: 

  • Leveraging free tools to engage audiences, conducting consumer research, and analyzing and tracking your program;
  • Utilizing paid but inexpensive tools to target a specific audience;
  • Going beyond the basics with YouTube and creating a meaningful dialog.

The briefing also featured success stories and best practices from a government panel on how they integrated the latest digital and offline strategies to make their messages seen and hear.
