Jenny Darling
Chief Financial and Operations Officer
Jenny Darling is the Chief Financial and Operations Officer of the Ad Council, where she leads the organization’s Finance and Technology departments. In this role, she oversees budgeting, financial reporting, production finance tracking, tax and payroll, and the strategic deployment of technology platforms.
Jenny brings over 20 years of financial leadership experience across the media and sports sectors. Most recently, she served as Chief Financial Officer at Axios Media Inc., where she guided the company through a period of significant growth and its subsequent acquisition and integration by Cox Enterprises Inc.
She began her career in General Electric’s Financial Management Program before advancing through key financial leadership roles at NBCUniversal, CNN, Showtime Networks, and the Pittsburgh Penguins. An Annapolis, MD native, Jenny earned her B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland, College Park. She currently resides in Arlington, VA.
