The Diverse Leadership Group (DLG) has been established to accelerate the Ad Council’s DEIB progress across the workforce, workplace, marketplace, and community. This is in support of our DEIB goals and strategies, which aim to increase representation at all levels of the organization, foster inclusion and belonging centered in education, partner with companies across the ecosystem to promote DEIB, and equip the next generation of talent to thrive within the industry and beyond.
