There is a mental health crisis among our country’s youth. Young adolescents (10-16) are experiencing increased rates of mental health challenges and greater challenges in accessing the support they need.

Sound It Out aims to remind parents and caregivers of the important role they play in supporting young people’s emotional wellbeing. In the “Listening is a Form of Love” PSAs we hear directly from kids about what they need and encourage parents to continue learning how to listen, reflect, and actively support their children. At SoundItOutTogether.org and EscuchandoSentimientos.org, caregivers can access free, expert-vetted resources and tools to guide conversations with their child and support their mental health.
