Catherine Chao

Catherine is a cause-driven communicator and a Director of Strategy & Evaluation at the Ad Council. She considers herself to be the voice of the target audience and leads formative and communications research, leveraging insights for campaigns to inspire behavior change. She received her Master of Public Health from UNC-Chapel Hill and is dedicated to improving the well-being of underserved populations.
