Visit Our Paper Ceiling Installation
Don't miss our Tear the Paper Ceiling art installation, presented by the New York Jobs CEO Council and created by artist Samuelle Green for our Transforming Hiring & Diversifying Talent campaign. This immersive experience is a physical manifestation of the "paper ceiling," a barrier to advancement for workers who are Skilled Through Alternative Routes (STARs) rather than a traditional bachelor's degree, and reminds us of the importance of providing more opportunities for STARs in the workplace. Sponsored by Opportunity@Work, this installation will be on display at Ogilvy's headquarters all week. We hope to see you there!

Sixty-six percent of Americans are affected by addiction, either personally or in their families, yet stigma and healthcare disparities persist—especially in Black and Hispanic/Latinx communities.

Join TODAY Show host, Craig Melvin, Accenture Song, the Ad Council, National Council for Mental Wellbeing, and Shatterproof to unveil a new campaign and discuss how marketers can take part in reducing stigma, promoting paths to recovery and improving health equity.

It is time for marketers and advertisers to drive a national conversation to destigmatize substance use disorder, drawing on lessons learned over time. The power of our collective voices can drive a topic out of the shadows and into the public consciousness where solutions are created.
