Fostering Childhood Development

Fostering Childhood Development A child’s early development is key to future success. Set up that success by airing PSAs that encourage prospective parents to adopt teens from foster care and help parents learn the signs of autism.

Adoption from Foster Care

What It Addresses: Teens never outgrow the need for family, but only 5% of all children adopted in 2017 were between the ages of 15 and 18. Air PSAs to encourage prospective parents to consider adopting a teen.
Why It's Important: Currently, 123,000 youth in the U.S. foster care system are awaiting adoption.
When To Air It: Air this for May's National Foster Care Month.

Autism Awareness

What It Addresses: PSAs take audiences through an imaginative world to illustrate the signs of autism and encourage parents to learn all the signs at AutismSpeaks.org/Signs.
Why It's Important: Autism is one of the fastest-growing serious developmental disorders in the U.S., having doubled in prevalence in just one decade.
When To Air It: April is Autism Awareness Month.
