Charysse was instrumental in advancing research-based decision-making that informed the rapidly evolving communication needs and impact measurement for the Ad Council’s ground-breaking COVID-19 Vaccine Education Initiative, which contributed to reducing hesitancy.
Prior to joining the Ad Council, Charysse spent more than 20 years in the dynamic global pharmaceuticals and consumer packaged goods industries, driving breakthrough product innovation and marketing campaigns for marquee brands at Johnson & Johnson, Sanofi, and Avon.
She is recognized as an insights-driven leader adept at making the complex simple and combines collaborative leadership with operational discipline to inspire confidence in teams, partners, and stakeholders.
Charysse graduated from the University of Virginia with a BA in Spanish Language and Literature and holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Columbia Business School.
