Jennifer Mamlet
Chief Development Officer
Jennifer Mamlet is a seasoned professional with more than two decades of experience in the philanthropic space.
As Chief Development Officer at the Ad Council, the national nonprofit working across advertising, tech, media, marketing and philanthropy to accelerate change around the country’s most pressing issues, she leads all corporate and philanthropic giving.
In her role, Jennifer oversees the Ad Council’s Board of Directors, forges strategic partnerships and expands funding to support high-impact campaigns addressing critical social issues such as mental health, gun violence and skills-based hiring.
Her deep understanding of the Ad Council’s unique business model comes from more than a decade with the organization, including a tenure earlier in her career as Senior Vice President of Development.
Prior to returning to the Ad Council, Jennifer served as Acting President and CEO of the JCC Association of North America, where she guided the organization through a period of transformative growth. Under her leadership, the JCC Movement saw strengthened donor engagement, expanded programs, new professional gatherings and increased impact across its network.
Before that, as Executive Vice President at the JCC Association, she was responsible for day-to-day operations and strategic expansion, building on her earlier achievements as Chief Development Officer, during which she helped increase philanthropic investment by more than ten-fold in just four years.
Jennifer’s earlier leadership roles include Executive Director of the JCC of Central New Jersey and Director of SCOPE (Summer Camp Opportunities Promote Education) with the American Camp Association. She also has experience in social work and education.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Spanish from Bucknell University and a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University.
