Skills-First Hiring Campaign Toolkit

This toolkit is a resource to extend the reach of this important campaign. It includes PSAs, helpful tips on engaging media partners, and talking points to engage your partners and your community. The goal is to raise awareness of the "paper ceiling" – the invisible barrier that comes at every turn for workers without a bachelor's degree — and to empower employers to hire skills-first and close the opportunity gap that separates qualified workers from in-demand jobs.
