Cultivating Mental Wellness Across Communities
THE IMPORTANCE OF MENTAL HEALTH
Our research shows that people across the U.S. struggle with mental health as they combat income equality, racism, violence, and other stressors. Community leaders, grassroots groups, and well-established mental health nonprofits are on the ground, helping communities facilitate more nuanced and accepting conversations about emotional health. But they're always seeking out new educational tools and tips tailored to the communities they serve.
Our toolkits for the Black, Latino, and Faith communities are designed to support that work, whether you're just starting or expanding existing efforts. From social media graphics and events to messaging guides and videos, this shareable content in English and Spanish can help engage communities and foster more open discussions about emotional well-being and self-care.
